Unique fact 1. The neutron star was first hypothesized soon after the discovery of the neutron in 1933 by Walter Baade and Fritz Zwicky to explain the supernova trigger. 2. In 1965, Antony Hewish and Samuel Okoye first discovered an object that emits radiation of radio waves in the Crab Nebula in the constellation Orion. 3. After intensive research, the discovery was confirmed as a neutron star which was later revised to a rotating neutron stars called pulsars.
